Acceptable Use Policy

SKYL is a professional workspace for fashion brands and their partners. This policy sets the rules that keep the platform safe, legal and useful for everyone.

Last updated: 4 July 2026

1. Applies to everyone

This policy applies to every account, workspace and User on SKYL — brands, manufacturers, agencies, designers, creators, invited partners and any other individual with access.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use SKYL to store, transmit or coordinate:

  • Illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, endangered wildlife or human trafficking.
  • Counterfeit products or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
  • Malware, spyware, ransomware or any code designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems.
  • Sexually explicit material involving minors — this is reported to authorities without exception.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats of violence or content that incites harm.
  • Content that violates the export control, sanctions or import laws applicable to any User.

3. Prohibited behaviour

  • Unsolicited bulk invitations, messages or notifications (spam).
  • Impersonating any brand, manufacturer, agency, employee or SKYL staff member.
  • Sharing a single user account across multiple people.
  • Circumventing access controls, plan limits, rate limits or billing.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the platform.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any SKYL system without authorisation.

4. Fair use

Plans include reasonable usage limits (seats, storage, tasks, API calls). Sustained usage that materially exceeds published or fair limits may result in an upgrade request or throttling.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, workspace suspension or account termination, depending on severity. Serious violations — including illegal activity or threats to platform security — may result in immediate termination and referral to authorities.

6. Reporting abuse

To report suspected abuse or a policy violation, email contact@skyl.solutions with as much detail as possible. Reports are treated confidentially.
