1. Plans
SKYL is offered as a monthly subscription. The SKYL Founding Brand Plan is $39 USD per month, billed monthly, and can be cancelled anytime.
2. Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the day of activation, and on the same day each month thereafter.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Accepted payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, Mada and Apple Pay via our PCI-DSS certified payment processor. Enterprise plans may be paid by bank transfer against a signed order form.
5. VAT and taxes
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied at the applicable rate for your billing country. Customers in Saudi Arabia may add a VAT identifier to have it included on tax invoices.
6. Invoices
Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle to the billing email on file and are available in the workspace billing section.
7. Failed payments
If a charge fails, SKYL will retry the payment automatically over a short grace period (typically 7 days) and notify the billing contact. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, SKYL may suspend the workspace. Access is restored on successful payment.
8. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.
9. Cancellation
Customers may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing section or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the separate Refund Policy.
11. Disputed charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact contact@skyl.solutions within 30 days. SKYL will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund.
12. Price changes
SKYL may change prices for future renewals. Existing subscriptions receive at least 30 days' notice of a price change before it takes effect on the next renewal.
